HEAT TRANSFER FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order quantity, however discounts are available when ordering multiple units.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our typical dispatch time for embroidery is 5-10 working days from point of payment, excluding any shipping time.

If I supply the garments, will you print onto them?

Can you design me a logo to be print transferred?

We will be able to, soon! We'll be launching our Graphic Design Service in the near future, but for now, we can still point you in the right direction of some great graphic designers.

Do I need a special file type for my design to be printed?

To print and heat transfer your design, we will need your image in a print ready, vector image format. If you don't already have a suitable file, we can provide this service. Once your design has been vectorised, it can be used over and over again for endless possibilities!
